How to be a good student?
You are five things you must do if you want to be a good student.
First: Log into your app every day. Make this a daily habit. This is your sacred space for growth, learning, and transformation.
Second: Read my morning post in the feed section of the app. I post this every day at 7:00 AM. You can read it anytime after that. It’ll help you start your day with good energy and set the right intention from the beginning.
Third: Write 10 things that you are grateful for every day. Take a simple notebook or a journal and write 10 sentences. For example:
I’m grateful for this beautiful gift of life.
I’m grateful for all the opportunities that flow my way.
Gratitude will help you shift your energy and see your life with more love and clarity.
Fourth: Watch any course topic of your choice in the app for at least 20 minutes every day. Go to the course section and choose what calls to you. Learning every day—even if it’s just 20 minutes—creates a powerful shift in your energy and helps you to stay consistent.
Fifth and final step: Join me live on Zoom at least once a week for two hours. The Zoom link will be shared in your WhatsApp groups and on your registered email ID. These live sessions are your opportunity to connect directly with me and deepen your growth.
So make sure you follow these steps and you become a good student. It’s really that simple.
This will take a maximum of 30 minutes a day. And the best part—you can do it anytime and from anywhere. You can do 30 minutes in the morning, or 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening, or 30 minutes at night. You can even learn while you are cooking, commuting, or tidying up your home. All you need to do is log into your app and follow these simple steps.
If you do this consistently, you will feel calm, centered, and confident. And more than anything, you will give your child the most precious gift—the gift of a learning, growing mother.
So let’s stop running away from what matters the most. Just like our children go to school and spend hours learning every day, we as mothers need just 30 minutes a day to create a beautiful shift in our energy and in our family’s energy.
I have full faith in you. I know you can be an amazing student. But now you must put that faith in yourself and say, “Yes, I will be the best student.”
