If I’m feeling confused, sad, anxious, or low, what should I do?

First of all, just know this: you are not alone.
It’s completely okay to feel this way sometimes, and the most important thing is—don’t try to carry these emotions all by yourself.

If a live call is happening soon, try to join in and just listen. You’ll feel lighter, supported, and seen.

If it’s not close to a live session, please connect with someone from your team. You can connect with your Super Coach, Captain, Super Leader, or just reach out to any mother. Share what you’re feeling. We are all here to support you, hold space for you, and walk with you through every high and low of this journey.

So I lovingly request you—express what you are feeling. Let it out. When you do that, you will feel lighter, calmer, and more energized.
